Our Works Strata By-law Plus has been designed to optimise the by-law and motions preparation and lodgment process. It includes the professional preparation of your by-law and motions by experienced paralegals. It also includes legal guidance from an independent property lawyer, who will also oversee the lodgment of your agreement into PEXA.

Our Works Strata By-law is fully enforceable in the NSW Land Registry Services. In addition, it gives you a better chance of getting the consent of the Owners Corporation and comply with other laws. Moreover, you can have peace of mind that your renovation plans are on schedule. Thus, you can start living in your dream home sooner.

HOW IT WORKS?

1. ORDER: Select your State then click “Add to Cart,” verify your order then click “Proceed to Checkout.” Choose your preferred payment option—direct by credit/debit card, thru Xero Invoice, or a pay-later option thru AfterPay.
2. CONFIRM: Check your inbox for the confirmation email and follow the instructions to download the information leaflet and questionnaire.
3. UNDERSTAND: Complete the questionnaire and return it to AussieLegal via email.
4. DRAFTING: AussieLegal will prepare your Works Strata By-Law in consultation with you.
5. REVIEW: Once you are satisfied with the draft agreement, we will send a copy to an independent law firm for review.
6. ADVICE: Your property lawyer will schedule a time with you to discuss your by-law and motions and make further changes to the draft documents.
7. COORDINATE: When the final agreement is confirmed, the law firm will coordinate directly with your Strata Manager and Owners Corporation.
8. LODGMENT: Once your Works Strata By-law has been approved, the law firm will lodge your by-law and motions into PEXA.
