Description

Property Conveyancing

If you are purchasing a property or selling a property, you should seek the advice of an experienced conveyancer and/or lawyer to assist you with the property conveyancing process.

As part of your financial settlement in the case of a family law separation, you may have agreed to transfer a property from joint names into one person’s name or transfer the whole title from one person to another person. These transfer terms are usually incorporated in a Binding Financial Agreement.

As an executor or administrator of a deceased estate, you may be required to transfer the title of a property from the name of the deceased into the names of the beneficiaries, or you may prepare it for sale as part of the distribution of the estate.

AussieLegal is partnered with VC Lawyers who offer the most cost-efficient property conveyancing services in NSW, VIC, QLD and the ACT.
