Description
Probate
If you have been nominated as the Executor or one of the Executors of a deceased person’s Will, then you will have to apply for a Grant of Probate. Our Probate service enables you to complete your application requirements following a simplified and stress-free process. Thus, allowing you to access and distribute the deceased estate in a timely manner and honour your loved one’s legacy.
In Australia, before the deceased’s assets can be distributed to the beneficiaries, the Executor may be required to present a Grant of Probate. Such assets may include the deceased bank accounts(s), shares, superannuation or real estate. In general, financial institutions may require Probate for accounts containing over $25,000, and for large and complex estates.
Our Probate application process has been designed to help you prepare the standard Australian Probate application forms and notices as quickly as possible. We have experienced paralegals, ready to help you comply with the Supreme Court’s Probate requirements. Hence, you may place the necessary advertisements and file your application in the fastest yet most efficient manner.
However, this service excludes the advertisement costs and Court filing fees.
No Will? We also offer Letters of Administration application service.
