Description
Powers of Attorney Plus
If you are planning to go overseas for an extended period or suffering from poor physical health, then you might want to consider creating your Powers of Attorney (POA). The AussieLegal Powers of Attorney Plus service enables you to create a General or Enduring Power of Attorney—or both, depending on your circumstance.
Our Powers of Attorney Plus service includes a personal discussion with an experienced estate planning lawyer to ensure you understand the legal document(s) you are making and how it can affect you. Having legal guidance ensures all your wishes are properly considered in your POA and helps you avoid potential disputes.
AussieLegal offers a range of estate planning products designed specifically to comply with State legislation in New South Wales. This includes our Legal Will Plus, Testamentary Trust Plus and Enduring Guardianship Plus.
Before you order, CALL our FREE Helpline at 1300 728 200 to discuss your situation.Â
