Description
Loan Agreement (Unsecured) Plus
If you are considering lending to your relative or a close friend, then you might want to prepare a Loan Agreement. Our Loan Agreement Plus enables you to mitigate risks associated with unsecured loan transactions—whether you are a borrower or lender.
The AussieLegal Loany Agreement Plus enables lenders and borrowers to arrange and understand the terms and conditions of an unsecured loan. It includes independent legal advice as to your loan arrangements, including the terms and considerations for interest rates, default situations, and repayments. Thus, ensuring your rights as a lender or borrower are still protected even without a loan security.
Our Loan Agreements are legally binding and fully enforceable in the Courts. However, our Loan Agreement Plus does not include financial advice as to the terms and conditions of the loan and the borrower’s obligations. Each party to the unsecured loan transaction is responsible for seeking financial advice before signing and entering into this Loan Agreement.
If you are after a secured loan or if the National Credit Code applies to the loan, then please let us know. We can refer you to one of our partner law firms to ensure your agreement includes details of the collateral security.
