Description
Legal Will Plus
If you have experienced several milestones in your life or major life changes, then maybe it’s time for you to create your Will. Our Legal Will Plus enables you to determine how your estate will be distributed when you pass away. Moreover, it will help you protect your loved ones even after you’ve gone.
In Australia, if someone dies without leaving a Will or the Will has been found invalid, then the deceased is said to have died intestate. When this happens, the entitlements of each family member over the deceased estate will follow the State intestacy laws. Moreover, under intestacy laws, the deceased’s final wishes for the distribution of their estate will not be considered. Thus, leaving their estate and loved ones at a higher risk of potential claims and disputes.
Our Legal Will Plus includes independent legal advice from an experienced estate planning lawyer. We will help you identify the right Executor(s) to manage your estate and ensure you have considered all your beneficiaries properly. AussieLegal is here to make sure your Will achieves exactly what you intend it to and is properly executed, to avoid being challenged or contested.
AussieLegal offers a range of estate planning products designed specifically to comply with State legislation in New South Wales. This includes our Testamentary Trust Plus, Powers of Attorney PLUS, and Enduring Guardianship Plus.
