HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. ORDER: Select your State then click “Add to Cart,” verify your order then click “Proceed to Checkout.” Choose your preferred payment option—direct by credit/debit card, thru Xero Invoice, or a pay-later option thru AfterPay.
2. CONFIRM: Check your inbox for the confirmation email and follow the instructions to download the information leaflet and questionnaire.
3. UNDERSTAND: Complete the questionnaire and return it to AussieLegal via email.
4. DRAFTING: AussieLegal will prepare your legal Will in consultation with you and send the first draft via email for review.
5. REVIEW: Thoroughly review the draft—AussieLegal will make further changes as required.
6. SIGNING: When you are happy with your form, print the final copy and sign before two (2) independent witnesses.
7. ATTESTATION: Your witnesses must also sign your Will to confirm that it was indeed you who has signed the document.
