If you want to ensure your wishes are considered when you lose the capacity to make your own decision, then you need to appoint an Enduring Guardian. Our Enduring Guardianship Plus (NSW) enables you to nominate someone you trust to make healthcare, lifestyle and medical decisions on your behalf.
Our Enduring Guardianship Plus is designed to comply with the Guardianship Act 1987 (NSW). It also includes a personal discussion with an experienced estate planning lawyer to ensure your wishes and interests are considered properly. Moreover, our qualified paralegals will prepare your guardianship form to make sure it is tailored to your situation.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
- ORDER: Select your State then click “Add to Cart,” verify your order then click “Proceed to Checkout.” Choose your preferred payment option—direct by credit/debit card, thru Xero Invoice, or a pay-later option thru AfterPay.
- CONFIRM: Check your inbox for the confirmation email and follow the instructions to download the information leaflet and questionnaire.
- UNDERSTAND: Complete the questionnaire and return it to AussieLegal via email.
- DRAFTING: AussieLegal will prepare your Enduring Guardianship form in consultation with you.
- REVIEW: Once you are satisfied with the Enduring Guardianship form, we will send a copy to an independent law firm for review.
- ADVICE: Your respective estate planning lawyer will schedule a time with you to discuss your Enduring Guardianship form and make further changes to the draft.
- SIGNING: When you are happy with your form, print the final copy and sign it before an independent witness to execute your Enduring Guardianship form.
- ACCEPTANCE: Give your Enduring Guardian(s) the acceptance form to sign and confirm their acknowledgement of the appointment. They do not need to sign at the same time with you or in front of the same witness.
* Each assigned lawyer will allocate a limit of one (1) hour for preparation, independent legal advice through online resources or face-to-face, as well as written advice. Additional fees may apply if more time is required.
The time limit from the issuing of the first draft by AussieLegal to the issuing of legal advice by the advising law firm(s) shall be two (2) months. Additional fees may apply if the process is extended by the client(s).
