DIY Powers of Attorney
If you want to have someone you trust manage your financial affairs for you, then consider creating a Power of Attorney. The AussieLegal DIY Powers of Attorney (POA) enables you to create a General or an enduring POA or both—depending on your circumstance.
Knowing that you have a properly appointed Attorney can give you peace of mind when you:
- go interstate or overseas for an extended period of time,
- suffer poor physical and mental health, or
- reach an age where you anticipate you will need greater assistance
We regularly review and update our legal kits to ensure they are current and comply with federal and State legislation. However, the POA will not operate until it is accepted by the Attorney. It is always advisable for the Donor to discuss their intentions and plans with the proposed Attorney before executing the document.
AussieLegal offers a range of estate planning products designed specifically to comply with State legislation in New South Wales. This includes our DIY Legal Will, DIY Testamentary Trust and DIY Enduring Guardianship.
