DIY Loan Agreement (Unsecured)

If you are lending a small amount of money to a relative or a close friend, then consider creating a loan agreement. Our DIY Loan Agreement enables you to create a detailed account of personal loan transactions between you and people you trust. It evidences your loan arrangements, including the terms and considerations for interest rates, default situations, and repayments.

However, our DIY Loan Agreement is only for unsecured loans or loans without collateral security. This means that you will not have power over any of the borrower’s asset if they fail to repay the loan.
