HOW IT WORKS?

1. ORDER: Select your State then click “Add to Cart,” verify your order then click “Proceed to Checkout.” Choose your preferred payment option—direct by credit/debit card, thru Xero Invoice, or a pay-later option thru AfterPay.
2. CONFIRM: Check your inbox for the confirmation email and follow the instructions to download the information leaflet and questionnaire.
3. UNDERSTAND: Complete the questionnaire and return it to AussieLegal via email.
4. DRAFTING: AussieLegal will prepare a draft of your Confidentiality Agreement in consultation with you.
5. REVIEW: Once you are satisfied with the draft agreement, we will send a copy to an independent law firm for review.
6. ADVICE: Your dedicated lawyer will schedule a time with you to discuss your terms and conditions and make further changes to the draft documents.
7. EXECUTION: Once you are satisfied with the draft documents, we will send you the finalised agreement. Print your Confidentiality Agreement and sign it at the same time with the Interested Party or Parties.
8. ATTESTATION: You must sign the agreement with an independent adult witness who must also sign the agreement to make it effective and binding.
