Description
Binding Child Support Agreements
If you have reached an agreement about the financial support for your children, then the next step is to enter into a Child Support Agreement. Our Binding Child Support Agreement (BCSA) enables you to determine the right amount of financial support for your kids. In addition, it enables you to arrange the schedule of payments, and other provisions that your children may need.
Our BCSAs are fully enforceable in the Family Court of Australia and is fully compliant with the requirements under the Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989. In addition, it already includes legal advice and certification from two (2) independent family law lawyers—one (1) for each party. However, there is no guarantee that the advising lawyers will automatically certify the agreement (please see our Terms and Conditions).
Before you order, CALL our FREE Helpline at 1300 728 200 to discuss your situation.
