Which legal kits do I need?

What’s included in our legal kits

Every DIY kit includes an editable lawyer-approved template, a plain-English fact sheet, a step-by-step guide, worked examples, and the signing and witnessing instructions for your state. Assist and Plus add a paralegal, or a paralegal and a solicitor.

Not sure which tier fits?

Tell us your situation and we’ll match you to the right kit and the right level of support — no obligation.

Product information is general in nature and not legal advice. Plus services include independent legal advice from a partner law firm.

Services for Law Firms and Conveyancers

Alongside the kits, we work for other Australian practices. Law firms and conveyancing practices send us their document preparation, conveyancing files and probate applications, and use us to run their AML/CTF compliance. Because we’re a paralegal company rather than a law firm, the work comes back to you and the client stays yours.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included in a DIY kit?

Each DIY kit includes an editable, lawyer-approved template (in Word format), a plain-English fact sheet, a step-by-step guide and worked examples. You complete the document yourself and follow the signing and witnessing instructions for your state. DIY kits start at $25 — and if you get stuck, you can upgrade to Assist.

Can I upgrade from DIY to Assist or Plus later?

Yes. Many clients start with a DIY kit and move up when their situation turns out to be more complex — for example, a will involving blended families or a financial agreement with significant assets. Call 1300 728 200 and we’ll apply the right upgrade path rather than making you start again.

How do I pay, and is checkout secure?

You can pay by credit or debit card, Xero invoice, or buy-now-pay-later through Afterpay, with PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay also supported. Checkout is SSL-encrypted, and every price is fixed and shown before you pay — no hourly billing, no surprises.

Are the prices really fixed?

Yes — the price on each product page is the price you pay for that service. Where third-party costs exist (for example, court filing fees and advertising for probate, which every applicant pays regardless of who helps them), the product page says so clearly before you order.

Your journey to legal confidence starts here.

Fixed prices. Real paralegals. Lawyer-reviewed documents. Whatever legal moment you’re facing, we’ll help you handle it — simply and affordably.
